The Night Circus

Studio project, Kalemegdan, Belgrade

The Night Circus explores the circus as a forgotten form of ephemeral architecture, inspired by Erin Morgenstern’s novel. A family of elevated tents allows the circus to inhabit diverse landscapes while minimizing its footprint. Raised on slender stilts, the structures lightly touch the ground, appearing, performing, and disappearing without altering the world beneath them.
